What you can expect before your appointment
Your safety and well-being is our highest priority and we will be following all State and Federal regulations for sanitation.
Your technicians will be reaching out to you asap to schedule your appointments. The only way we can keep it fair as to who gets in “first” is by offering guests appointments in the order in which you were already scheduled in our books. After that we will be going in order of who reached out to us requesting appointments during this shutdown ( via phone, text message, or email). Only after all of our current guests are taken care of ( hopefully within a month of re-opening), we will be able to schedule new guests.
We are encouraging you to either purchase e-gift cards thru our secure website or to put a credit card number on file to reduce contact at the front desk. (All credit card numbers are stored into our secure software). If you would like to put a card on file, please let your technician know and our front desk will call you for the information. PLEASE DO NOT give any credit card information to our technicians or leave a message with the information. We will call you and enter it directly into our secure database.
Only Guests receiving the service will be allowed in the salon. No friends or family.
Please reschedule your appointment if you answer yes to any of the following:
Have you had a fever in the last 24 hours of 100.4°F or above?
Do you now, or have you recently had, any respiratory or flu symptoms (including fever, chills, sore throat, cough, muscle aches, or shortness of breath, unusual fatigue)?
Have you been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has coronavirus-type symptoms? Or is waiting on the results for test of COVID-19 infection.
Have you had a recent loss of sense of taste or smell?
What you can expect at your appointment

ALL GUESTS and TECHNICIANS are required to wear MASKS! We will have masks available if needed. If you do not wear a mask, we are not allowed to provide you your service!
Upon arriving, please remain in your car and call the front desk at 610-478-8775 to let us know you are here. Your technician will come out to get you when she is ready.
When you arrive in the salon, you will be asked to provide a signed waiver or we will provide you with one.
You and your technician will both use hand sanitizer and you will be escorted to their station.
Please maintain social distancing from other guests and technicians.
If you need products, your technician will get them for you and the front desk will add them to your ticket. Please do not handle any retail products on display.
Checkout - If you have a credit card or a gift card on file, you can leave directly after your service is completed and we will email you your receipt. Otherwise, we will still accept Cash, Credit Cards, Gift Cards and Personal Checks.
Tips - Tips are cash or check only and can be placed in the tip box on your technician station.
